It is also a responsibility of the members of the supply chain management that they should establish such a process which is helpful for them to authorize the payment of the suppliers.

The third main component of supply chain management is known as making. For this reason, it is the responsibility of the members of supply chain management that they should organize such activities that are required to accept the raw material, they should manufacture the products and they should also create an effective plan for the testing of the quality of the products. The fifth main component of supply chain management is known as returning. No doubt, while creating lots of products, there is a possibility that some defective products are also created. The supply chain management team members should try to create an effective plan and outline for the returning of the defective and unwanted products. The last component of supply chain management is known as enabling. Enabling means that there should be a support team whose members can provide necessary information about the products to the buyers.
